As a nursing assistant or caregiver with us, at our senior housing or in our home care service, you will become an important part of our residents' and clients' daily lives. You work closely with people's needs and contribute to security in a caring environment where each individual is met with warmth and respect.

Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for providing care and support services in daily work, based on each individual's needs and agreed-upon services. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and is an important part of ensuring that daily life functions in a safe and structured way, both in senior housing and within home care.

Your tasks include:

• Personal care and daily support
• Medication and health management according to delegation
• Documentation in operational systems
• Practical support in meals, activities, and social interaction
• Collaboration with relatives and other healthcare personnel

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or has equivalent qualifications
• Has experience in home care or elderly care (meritorious but not required)
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Can document and use basic digital systems
• Has a calm, respectful, and secure approach
• Enjoys collaboration and takes responsibility in daily work
